    blackstar ?

    i was looking for a nice small amp, tried a blackstar at the local GC. didnt really mess around with it too long. didnt get to play long enough to really try the clean channel. sounded pretty good, anyone have expereince with these or know of any problems. or any other suggestions for low watt tube amps. i liked this amp better than the epi or tiny terror.

    I tried the ht 5 for a while and it sounded very nice IMO I was running the volume at like 2 o clock and it didnt seem to loud but i was playing it through a 1 by 12 at GC

      i played around with this for a long time, great little amp, nice clean and nice overdrive. What left me hesitant was the lack of reverb. in the end after much umming and ahhhing, i went with a Laney complete with an accutronics reverb tank

          i own it great little valve amp with a good od channel, 400 for a mini half stack with a celection cant beat that price

            For 50 more you can get a vypyr tube though...
            I hooked up my accelerator pedal in my car to my brake lights. I hit the gas, people behind me stop, and I'm gone.

                  I like the blackstar. No it doesnt have reverb. But it does have an effects loop. So you can add reverb. For 4-500 bucks its a killer all tube practice amp.
