Adder Plus APC pickups? Sound Clips?

I remember reading some hot stuff on these on the forums like 5 years ago, I have been on a long hiatus from guitar and looking to get back in into it. I've got a guitar that needs pickups and I was thinking about getting these.

Anyone have any sound clips on these things? I've found some forum posts searching, but most of them are older, are these still a good choice today?

I've got a guitar with EMG's already, my other guitar has no pickups, it used to have EMG's but i sold them to get APC's and then never did.

All I remember were a clip or two of the persuader pickup, arent they rediculously expensive and take ages to get if you can get them...

Perhaps one of the guys who's owned dealt with apc can chime in, ill try and dig up some more info if I can and will add it as and when...

There's a thread with a Lucretia clip. The clip was a SLSMG with Persuader Lead through a V-amp, and it sounded killer.

they sound great through the POD. not so good through a Boodie DC-10. never heard them through a Marshall though. very high output. very clean.

No clips but I had an Adder Plus in my Mexican Tele and it was incredible. Totally took the guitar to a new level tone wise.
