Well after some 4 hrs of playing time added to the 2-3 hrs the guy at the store played it no rattles hums or buzzing.
Very solid and seems to me getting settled in a bit.
The OCD stomp box was pretty good but not the shit so to speak better with the amp cranked to 8
and control the vol with the OCD.
Just need more time to jack with it and find the right pedal I guess.
Great amp for the money no doubt.
GT is yours the closed back earlier version? Mine is the newer one with the vent plate on the back

I've had one of these Class 5 Marshalls here for the last few months. Bought it barely used off the original owner in the original box. Mine has the older design back and it sounds great! I mainly play it at about 7-8 on the volume as that gets the tube distortion I like on it. Damn loud at that volume though! I've seen a couple pix on the net of Class 5s in other colors than black. The white one looks pretty tempting if and when its released in the US.
