Just got one - anybody else using one? So far, sounds pretty good but I'll have to spend some time dialing it in. Wondering if the Dyanmic Range, when not on, should be cutting the volume by about 30% and if that's right or is mine in need of attention???

FWIR that button engages another tube so what you are experiencing should make sense.

Thanks! I found the manual online and it alluded to some increased volume, but it's like a practice amp without that switch engaged. Either that or I'm just deaf!

It shouldn't be that much quieter without the 4th pre-amp stage included. I'd check to make sure all your tubes are properly seated.

There is a volume drop when you engage the mid-boost - IMO.

Kickin' amps. I was going to get the combo but the digital reverb put me off.

I don't use reverb, so I'm good. I'll have to give the tubes a look tonight. It basically takes the volume from 10 (on my Soloist) down to 5. In other words, when I engage the DR switch, I have to roll the volume on my guitar back down to 5 to match the previous level, if that makes sense.
