morpheus droptune with Boss GT-10

Looked on the website, but it mentions nothing about placing one of these in an FX loop. Am I expected to go from guitar to MDT to Boss GT-10, or can I place it anywhere in my GT-10's loop?

I think ideally you want the morpheus right after the guitar. I find with my whammy pedal it sounds the most 'organic' when I go straight from the guitar into it.
