Is it ok to play EMG pickups through a solid state Line 6 Spider?, or will they send it into clipping, and damage the amp? just because I want to purchase a guitar with EMG's in it.

no pickups are going to damage an amp. Whether the pickups sound good into the amp is another thing.Hail yesterday -
