Since I'm on a tight budget, I picked up what I figured would meet most of my needs for not much cash. So I picked up a Digitech RP355. From what I read online it got great reviews and all the features (Whammy, effects, expression pedal, loop recorder, etc) I don't think I could have gone wrong for $200. I'll do a writeup when I've had more time to play with it.
