sounds pretty good.
I run an MXR 10 band in the loop of my 5150II.
I think it wakes up the amp big time, I can't use it without it anymore.
I run a clean boost in front of mine as well (I keep the gain on the lead channel down at 4)
sounds great boosted. If this is our perdition, will you walk with me?

It's an '89 Fusion Pro with an EMG81, Dean Markley Blue Steel Custom Lights
Peavey 5150 Cursive Sig (New Tubes see above) with a Raven RG412 Mono Cab... cheap cab but not bad at all
In the loop begins with a BBE Sonic Stomp Contour 4 Process 6, then a MX-108 Ten Band EQ Metal Setting with the 1KHz all the way down , then a Rocktron Hush at about 3 O'clock
Dimebag Crybaby from Hell out front!
Amp Setting are Pre Gain 4-6, Post 2, Low 4 mid 0 high 6, Resonance 4, Presence 6
It Shreds!!!

I also have a BBE Sonic Stomp collecting dust somewhere. After re-watching your clip, I will have to try it out with my 6505.
I really dig my amp and fits my playing quite well.

Here are some more videos with my Crate GX-140D pretty sweet solid state until the clean channel went on the fritz... very common with these Crates.

Nice video, riffs, and mean tone. I saw Deep Purple live about 5 years ago with Steve Morse. I thought his 5150's sounded clear, controlled, and had great tone. He also has tone to the bone in his hands. Locally, the 5150's I hear always sound messy. This summer I sold a 5150 combo to a kid who was buying his first amp. Poor kid lived in a apartment. I'm sure he's been evicted by now.
