They sure didn't sound bad. I've still got my 8240 stereo chorus 2x12 as my living room rig. Bought it new around '93 from MF and it's still going strong!

" I originally wanted to record Individual Thought Patterns with all rack equipment. I had an ADA MP-1, but when we tried to get guitar tones, I couldn't find anything I liked. Our producer, Scott Burns, recommended the new Marshall ValveState, so I tried it and thought it sounded phenomenal"I like EL34s.

They all have a fixed bridge and one Dimarzio X2N pickup which is a key to my sound. My amp is a Marshall Valvestate head and cabinet, that's about it. I don't use effects except for a little chorus on my leads, I really like a basic setup."

Alder body, maple NT, TOM, single X2N, Single volume, Ebony fingerboard, MOP diamond inlays, white binding on neck and headstock, reversed headstock, MOP logo, chrome hardware and of course, black.
should kick ass. I can't wait. I will hopefully sell my Horizon after it comes because I am not playing in B standard or dropped b anymore (and I don't even like that guitar. It sounds horrible acoustically and doesn't intonate very well. Mind you, it does sound awesome with the EMGs, but if you're going to polish a turd, EMGs are a good place to start.). I will likely tune this warrior to D, and put my MAH down in C#.I like EL34s.

Well, I will do my best to describe.
You ate real wild strawberry or sour cherry? It did taste delicious, did not it?
Now, it is hard to get, and expensive to gather in any meaningful quantities, so it is largely inaccessible for majority. But it is possible to try to use artificial flavours, genetic engineering, something else to approximate the taste, or make it even look larger and nicer.
And guess what, some folks will take the big, nice and affordable strawberries. And they will even prove that these taste the same or even better, in a way they won't be wrong. Others crave for the small hard to get and delicious forest ones. Go figure
