Latest project - Orange 5150

This is the first 5150 shell I've built (I have another one on the go right now). I figured orange would look pretty damn cool, so here it is.

I finished it last night, and it was sold 5 minutes later. The other guitarist in my band (who just happens to have a 5150) shows up literally 5 minutes after I finish screwing the handle on, and freaks out over it. Now he wants me to re-cover his 4X12 in orange to match. He also has an Orange Rockerverb100, so I think I sense a theme developing here.

Next up (working on it today) is another 5150 shell in white Marshall style tolex. Then I'm working on a custom order for a dude. He wants a 14 space rack shell in green tolex, like the black one I did with the metal grills at the sides.

I'm also building a new shell for my Rhino. I re-tolexed the original shell, but it's such a piece of shit, I shouldn't have wasted the tolex on it. I'm going to build a new one, in white Marshall style tolex, and a dark grey tinted plexiglass front panel.

I'm going to do a few Marshall shells at some point. I just have to find a good source for all the parts.

The orange and black is a killer...Maybe need to get a guitar done in that color.
