also keep an eye on the Super 3, rolled off highs, Tight low and strong midrange, with enough output

Not as far as you know.

that guitar is the strangest thing ever. all of my guitar buddies agree, its the strangest sounding guitar they have ever heard.

The EMG81 in my RR24M sounds organic, most unlikely for an EMG.

same situation as my guitar. it sounds "normal".

The Full Shred is everything the Demon wishes it could be. I've had the Demon in three guitars, and hated it in every single one.
funny you say that, remember the blue ST-3 i sold you then bought back. that had/has a demon in it, & i think it sounded great. tho its a very early possibly custom pickup since the sticker on the back of the pickup is hand written and says "screamin demon" on it, no model#s or anything else. Its the only screamin demon ive tried & i like it alot.

I don't think so. The SD has a set of allen screws, and a set of standard. I don't think that one did. I'll have to dig and see if I have pics somewhere, but it seems to me it was some kind of Dimarzio.
