You can get used 5150/6505's for the same price as new Jet City's... and The Peavey is more for what you are looking to do, but if you absolutely have a need to buy a brand new out of the box amp, it doesn't get cheaper than bugera, I've never played jet city, and I am sure they are a bargain for a 'new' amp, but they are not gonna touch the build quality, features, or tone, of the Peavey's, Marshall's, or MESA's, and the price of used Peavey's makes them hands down the 'BEST USED AMP FOR THE MONEY' FOR METAL..
