My band has the money to get in ear monitors and I want to get a good setup. Problem is I know nothing about them and have no clue what too get. Anyone have any expierence with these? Thanks in advance.

Do not skimp on a solution. A cheap solution will be frustrating and possibly damaging to your ears. Look at the Audio-Technica M2 and up models or compatible systems. Shure makes good ones in that range as well.http://www.jacknapalm.com/ -
