I just got a HBE Paul Gilbert Detox EQ pedal. I am using as a foot switchable cut to clean up the guitar tone on my single channel VHT Deliverance. I find it easier to step on a pedal rather than roll back the volume knob. Plus the Detox allows you eq while doing it. So far it works as advertised. I keep My D60 on the more setting and I am able to get a reasonable clean with one step. Very cool pedal. I will try it as boost when I get more time to see how versatile it is.
