EMG 81/85 sets ZW, KK, and standard

I have had a few guitars with the Gold and Silver EMG's does anyone know the easiest way to tell the 3 sets apart. I think the KK has a push/pull volume?

Gold is 85, silver is 81 and red/bronze is 89.

I could be wrong, but I think the difference between the ZW and KK set is that the KK set has a 20 db PA2 Gain boost switch. They both use an 81 & an 85.

That is correct.
