"rediscovering" your amp. anyone have this experience?

No shit. another reason I never got into a bar band.... the people could give a shit less about the music or the band. their priorities are to get drunk and either:

1. Pee in the parking lot
2. Get into a fight
3. do the horizontal mambo with some 2am swamp queen

Music is just noise in the background at those places.

Nothing like seeing the contestants for the wet t-shirt contest and deciding you'd rather hang out by the empty beer cases and garbage dumpster out back because they were prettier and smelled better
