    Crate gx130c head?

    Hey Dudes hows it going? Do any of you have this Head or have you played it over the years? (im sure you have) I remember back in the day alot of people were using it. I played one of these years ago & from what I remember the Distortion was pretty Killer. Any comments on it? The Good the Bad the Ugly? I found one for a pretty Killer price & was thinking about it??? Thanks!

    Can't say I remember trying one of those.
    I have a Crate stealth 50 watt tube head(6V6's) and its a great sounding head.Lee Jackson designed the stealth BTW.

      Had one in the 90s. They sound pretty good. Nothing special.
      I like EL34s.

        IIRC, that's the Crate that all the Death Metal guys were using back in the 90s.
