On another forum it was said that this was going to be considerably cheaper
than the hundred-watt. Not sure how they'll do that, unless they want to admit
the hundred's way overpriced. Or, maybe it's a cheap import. Where's the
original EVH being made anyway?

Honestly, for the extra $800, It's rather upgrade and get the separate EQ/gain for each channel. Although if you're looking for a 2-channel amp, this would be a nice choice.
