I use a UX-1 from time to time. Works good for what it is. Their high gain stuff sounds kind of "samey" and the amp models don't respond to dynamics like newer modelling technology but their modelled effects are actually really good.

I use a guitarport with the gearbox software and I have no complaints. It's strictly just for playing in my office and recording riffs on my PC. As Helbat said, some of the stuff starts to sound the same, but at the same time, i dont think it's supposed to replace your 'rig'.
