TC G major question

I have a G major and the tuner function as well as the input and output levels stopped working. My question is, these functions can't be turned on and off, right? I didn't just dumbass it some how, and turn them off or did I?This unit is just broke, I opened it up and made sure all the IC's are in there sockets.

You could try resetting it. Have a look in the manual:
