Carvin Legacy
Bogner Ecstacy 101B
To my ears, the Carvin Legacy reminds me of Petrucci's tone. Straight out of the box. Its another one of those amps I should have kept.
Never owned a 101B but I heard them live and its the ultimate tone. Bogner is crazy good.

The Ecstasy 101B is one of the all time greats! Very expensive new but I've seen quite a few pop up used on some forums right in the $2400 range shipped/Paypal'd. Still a lot of money but about $1000 cheaper than new. That amp has great cleans and distortions.Rudy
