Lifeson uses Triamps x 2 and the new Coreblades x 2. He switched from the Switchblades when they made his signature head. I have a Switchblade 100 on an Avatar 4 x 12 cab filled with 2 V-30s and 2-G12-65 Celestions. That is a LOUD amp with lots of gain! The on board effects are pretty good too. Easily programmable. Only beef is that it is a little noisy even with a gate in front of the amp. I need to put one in the effects loop to see if it will quiet down a little. My practice amp is a Roland Cube 20.
