Well, since you guys keep pointing out the Lamborghini thing I just thought I'd mention that I know many "lowly" Mustangs and Camaros that would eat up said Lambo and spit it out with no problem. Just sayin' you can go very fast without spending Lambo type money. Same applies to amps.
The Diezels I've tried out sounded good but they did not sound $4K good to me. I'd much rather have an Ubershall for $2700ish new/1800ish used.

So, you are telling me you would rather have a Mustang or a Camaro over a Murcielago? I would also like to know what Mustang or Camaro you are talking about that could eat one up and spit it out. If I recall correctly, the Murcielago is a 700hp AWD supercar and is rated as one of the best all around exotic supercars ever made. BONE STOCK.
With that said.. I drive a 1995 F150 with a 302 in it and 185K on the clock!

I know Diezel and Lamborghini go hand in hand, but I don't think a Chevy Cobalt is comparable to a Blackstar, maybe a Corvette.

Nope, a Corvette would be a Soldano SLO100 or a Splawn. A GT500 Mustang would be a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier.
A Blackstar is most definately a Chevy Cobalt or maybe a Ford Focus. Its a good amp. It sounds good. Its dependable. Its affordable and you can buy one at any dealership any day of the week.

Well I got the bases covered..Marshall double stack, Uberschall half stack, Peavey 6505+ combo (kids), and much like a hand built amp..I have this. 11s w/ stock 5.0 and lookin' good doin' it!!!...In Marshmallow Peep Yellow of course...

Probally..the Bogner certainly is. Especially when I hit any harmonics. It's gotta be right on the money or..it's a blip.

Now with the Marshall..it really doesn't matter where I hit 'em. I can make any note squeal for days with that thing.

The Bogner is very organic, hi-fi sounding amp that can go from tight moderate gain rock tones to pure 100% saturation, with the lows cranked without a hint of flub. Bass amp territorries.

Not to stray too far off topic but yes, given half the money of what a Murcielago costs, a Shelby GT500 would downright embarrass it at a stoplight race! The Mustangs and Camaros I'm used to seeing run at the drag strip are producing 1000+ hp and in some cases way more than that.
My point was that while a Diezel is nice (as is a Lamborghini) you can buy better sounding amps for less.

Thanks Rudy..that's just old school, brutal, bare bones, power. It snaps you back and gives ya butterflies. I eat C-6s, and Vipers...easily. Now I'm not made for top end. At 140+ the front lifts up and you could feel that slip in the wheel..fuggit...oops.

But it gets to 140 like a bullet, and out handled any Vette I ever owned or drove. I even had the Z-54 handling package that was extremely stiff, and unpopular..but I loved it. But it would be no match for my Peep Yellow FFR MkIII. It is the epitome of "Fun"!! I raced a friend who has a Ford GT w/ all restrictors off by Rousche in Detroit.. I had 'em outta the hole..then he started catchin' me. But I gets mucho respecto on the streeto!
