By in to out I mean they should be changed at the same time. 1&6/2&5/3&4. Since they are in a row you should technically get all new tubes, but mesas are self biasing so if you have a spare good tube you could try swapping it with each one of the bad three to see if theres a difference. Just be sure to let it cool before you swap the tube. Its normal to have a slight difference in brightness, but your pics are so dark its hard to see. google your issue and im sure youll find a few possible culprits.

Wait I can see it better now. Guess the glare on my phone was messin w me. Thos
e last three dont even look like they are glowing.
Try this- make sure its totally cool. Swap 1 & 6, 2 & 5, 3 & 4. If the same last 3 positions dont glow then its probably something more serious. If after swapping, the first 3 are dim then most likely its the tubes. Also run ur cab in stereo cause 1-3 run on side and 4-6 run the other side. Listen closely to the speakers and see if there is a vol/sound difference.Last edited by jdr94; 03-21-2012, 05:57 PM.

I'd throw an ICP-204.5 converter to squash an 60 cycle Peeps. You prolly could get 60 Peeps (RMS) in there and that would eliminate the need of a flux capaciter whille doin' 88 with matched 6L6s...or a El34 in V-1 position."Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"

NS2 is working like a dream. Had a rehearsal yesterday with it and couldnt believe it.
Also, yesterday noticed that my loop was on (i know, Im still new to these things). So, now the loop is off and only vol I can adjust is channel vol (rather than channel vol and output) which cured feedback even more.
Thanks a lot guys for your help. Much appreciated

If your effects loop is on then the Solo Master Volume (which is really an effects loop return volume) should be set around 12:00. This will help you to keep the channel Master Volumes set lower (on the gain channels). Another way to go about it is to bypass the loop, this means the channel Master Volumes govern the over all volume of the amp. Set the Master Volumes (on the gain channels) to the appropriate stage volume. When you activate the loop, make sure to increase the loop/solo volume so you do not have to increase the Channel Master Volumes. This will help keep the feedback to a minimum. If at that point you still have feedback issues then I would agree with the other gentleman here that a Decimator or NS-2 is your alternative.
Hope it helps;
