    That's a great point Axe, I never considered drums for practice. Then again, I have band practice 3 days a week, and hardly ever play at home anymore.

      Thanks for the recommendation... I still have to check out line6 more thoroughly. I found this app for the IPad/IPhone that looks like a big contender. There is not much info on it yet but it is called JamUp Pro and this guy has a three part video on it. The amp sims sound great:
