Since this is a discussion forum, I figured we should discuss! A little while ago I picked up a g1500 head paired with a 4x12 cab from the 80's. The only way I use it is on clean with that crisp switch flipped over. I think it sounds pretty freakin good, especially seeing as I paid 80 bucks for the rig! Now ive seen some serious bashing of crate, but most of it is on the BV. I wanna know if anyone else has had such a pleasant experience with a good old SS g-1500.. Cheers!
