Best part - it has the Friedman BE and HBE on board! I need to check out 6.0 - I heard it was even closer to the real thing, and I didn't know that was possible!!

The Ultra sim was close...it's what made me go get the real thing. I haven't tried the II yet...I figure I'll wait til all the smoke clears
I really dug the Ultra but ultimately still prefer the simplicity of a real amp for gigging.
