Have an old Peavey Deuce sitting here getting played tonight 2X12 combo with the original CTS speakers.4 6L6's its a brute of an amp.
Never knock a Peavey they are great amps.

I too have a Duece waiting for a plan.
Been so busy I haven't even fired it up yet.
Thinking of designing a tube (high gain) preamp for it.
