Fender Mustang II, thoughts?

Looking at spending my tax money on one, i'd like 70's rock sort of sounds but also 80's hair metal.


Whats it like? The Peavey Vypyr 30 is so hard to find here not many dealers, btw I want it purely as a bedroom amp.

I played the Mustang I, II and the floor FX processor. They all sound good (from a price point of view).

If I recall well, the II sells new around 200$. If you are looking for a bedroom amp. You can't get wrong and the thing can be loud enough to annoy your neigbors or loved ones.

The Fender MUSE software will let you do some deep editing and download presets from a database online.

If you can, try it before you get it.

And if you get it and let us know how it sounds!

FYI I'm really thinking getting the floor FX processor.

Ive played in store sounds awesome for rock n hair metal, its not made for death metal but i dont care
