New old Fender amp day

Traded my Dr Z Carmen Ghia for this clean 78 Twin reverb.
All original down to the tubes.
Clean as hell too no rips or tears.

Yes it is.
Loves the VFE Alpha Dog OD pedal so far.
It really has some umph I'll say that.
Sounds so good.

cool. there's nothing better than a killer fender tube amp. i was just jamming through my tremolux with my tele....such a sound!!!

Takes pedals very well, and is LOUD.
The vintage Fender guys don't like the high powered Twins much but that doesn't mean
they are without merit.
Plenty of good metal has been played through those mid 70's Fenders.
...And good flippin' material.

Now go get a Trainwreck!

Very nice, congrats! I had a Fender Super Six Reverb for many years, but I sold because I wasn't using it much anymore.

I still kick myself for not snagging a Trainwreck when I had the chance.
I'll probably use this as trade bait at a show.I know it will sell pretty easily.

I always wanted an old silver-face Twin but don't use cleans much. At all actually, but I'd like to try. Just seems like too much clean volume!
