Bolt BTH 100 Head

Anybody own one or hear one live? I have a chance to get one at a decent price. The clips online and the overall "idea" of the amp is interesting.
Its weird... I checked Ebay and a few sold for around $500-$550 and others have sold for over a grand.
Same exact head.
Guy is telling me he paid $1080.00 for it a year ago. Here is a link to the amp on the Bolt website..

I heard rumours that they aren't even in business anymore. Its supposedly a Made in the USA amp and the 2 guys that own the company are real smart amp and sound guys.
