  • How do you fix the reverb in an amp?

It doesn't work in my Fender Bullet.
8 strings? Because 6 is too easy?

Hard to explain, but in my Blues Jr, the wires inside of the reverb spring bod were just press into a notch, and had fallen off.

To fix, I soldered the wires in.

    No more problems.

Does your Fender Bullet use a reverb spring can/box? If so, disconnect it and look inside for thin wires no longer connected.

It is encased in a piece of cardboard. Not really sturdy, IMO.

Cardboard could be an outer shell. Or it could be cardboard lined with foil. Or not. Either way, the springs should at least be attached to metal tabs, and the wires from the head to those tabs (or at least one wire, the other to ground?)

It's been a while since I opened a reverb tank, but the one in my RocPro 1000 head is connected via RCA cables which are wired into the board. The tank itself is metal, though, so you'd have to disassemble yours to see what's up with the cardboard.

Right. With my Blues Jr., RCA's went to the amp. The wires that were disconnected were inside the reverb can, that connected the little coupling transformers to the springs.
