Someone is selling one used for $300 here in Melbourne which is spastically cheap.


How do these sound? Im into 70's rock 80's metal.

Whats the best 112 for it?

Hey, I just had mine out and running this past Saturday. I liked it so much I'm taking it
to practice this weekend. I think you'll like it just fine for 70s-80s stuff. It also takes
OD pedals well if you want to goose it into more 'modern' terrritory. I think I paid around
$300 US for mine new as a scratch 'n' dent with no scratches or dents anywhere on it. They
usually go for $400 US. Lots of range of tones if you experiment with the Presence control.
I'd say go for it. If you don't like it, you'll have no trouble moving it...

The only 1x12 cab I've got is a Boogie Theil ported EV monster. That will def. do the trick
for ya, but I'm going to use it through a 4x10 with the band. Good luck with it!

I got no probs with chinese made amps they are just electronics, guitar crafting is way different.

Seller on this particular forum that im getting it from is really pissing me off he has replied zero times to my comments and pms, pisses me off he says he wants to sell it asap then never communicates back but bumps the thread grrr.

worst case scenario i'll buy one new here for $500 which sucks cause this 2nd hand one has new tubes.

Yah, they're def. MIC. Kinda got to hold your nose when buying it,
but it sounds fine. I only bought it 'cause I got a great deal, and
it's a studio rat anyway...

I think they sound great, and are hard to beat in the price range.
