I may be lucky enough to obtain a SUNN Beta Lead Pre. Until I can get a power amp will I be able to run the pre into my Randall RG80 combo somehow? Like using the power section of the Randall and the pre of the Sunn?

Yes, just run preamp send/line out into the combo amp's effect return/line in. That is assuming that the Randall has an effects loop.I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling. -
