This isn't the first guitar i ever bought. Nor is it the first since I've been here. But i am kinda excited over the whole deal.

    Ibanez rgt42dx - white
    boss br-800
    line 6 pod hd500
    rockstand hardshell 5 guitar stand

dude is driving 90 minutes to deliver - at a time convenient to me

    $600

all i wanted was the pod, maybe the stand. But i couldn't drive there until next week.
And i knew the pod wasn't going to last long.

So i bought more to get him to deliver.

    Yay me

I had no idea Ibanez had a neck-thru RG.
Sweet! Congrads on the new guitar.
Any way you could possibly put more shit into your sig?

Few and far between, but they are out there. Really nice too.

Been busy today. Played it ampless for 5 minutes. Not bad. Its finish is beat, but who cares.
I didn't even unbox the electronics.

I set up the stand and stuck a few on it.
Here's a quick snap with the Ibanez in front.

Nice guitar! My #1 ,2, and 3 players are a gray quilt RGT42FXQM (Duncan custom/59), stripped RGT42DXFX (Blackouts), and my Soloist PRO (EMG's). Love those Ibanez's.. I stripped the flat black finish and Tru-oiled my RGT42DXFX. They look great unfinished with the 5 piece maple and walnut neck.. They are very inconsistent on weight of the mahogany and how they sound both amped and acoustically. Even before I stripped the DXFX it was very loud acoustically but the FXQM sounds way better no matter which pickups I put in them.. And BTW, from what I understand, an OFR will swap right in there..

The little I've used it, its not even in my top 10. I have some nice stuff, lol. But admittedly, i haven't done any adjusting to anything yet. It will never be top 5, but who knows where it may end up once a good setup is done.

Maybe you can help me out.

                  How is this thing wired!

                  I have two hbucks.
                  A 5 position switch. And 2 knobs.

The knobs seem like volume knobs that work together, not independently. Meaning, its not br volume and neck volume.

And the 5 position switch is
I can hear each one is different, but i can only tell that 1 is br and 5 is neck.

Knobs are supposed to be just Vol/Tone.. and here - http://www.seymourduncan.com/forum/s...iring-question 1/2 way down the page is the RGT42 diagram with switching..

I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.

I put in guitar, 1999 and rg320. Should be the same.

Apparently, the boss br800 is not only a recorder, but it has the equivalent of a gm10 effects processor in it.
I can see myself having some fun with this.
