Marshall 1960TV. I don't know what year it is but it sounds amazing. Small gold Marshall logo. Checkered grill. Cool.

John is that a re-issue? Those were Jim's original design. I have a '72 1959 plexi with Tung-Sol 6550. They were old Mullard EL-34. i had it gone thru. It's prestine inside. I replaced the knobs, and still have some of the old ones. After that year they did away with the plexi faceplate and went with a metal one. My freind told there's little change bewteen the two other than those choice of tubes, and faceplate. It's VERY loud but NEED a stomp thru it. I run a stock SD-1 or TS-9, and DS-1 (boost) and MUCH needed NS-2 in front. I don't use alot of gain just what I get from those pedals, humbuckers and my frantic playing.
I'm on the fence of selling to him. I NEED him to do other stuff for me so we'll see. That's a GREAT find man. That's a keeper. You'll probably be on the fence keeping or not too. To me it's like owning a S&W 500. It's great having one..but it's another trophy. Don't want to shoot it ..I'll save the remainder of my hands for playing guitar.

Donnie Swanstrom 01/25/06..miss ya!
"Well, your friend would have Bell's Palsy, which is a facial paralysis, not "Balls Pelsy" like we're joking about here." Toejam's attempt at sensitivity.

My favorite cab IRs in my AxeFX are captured from a 1960TV slant with G12M-25 greenbacks. It sounds good with every amp model.
