    The Dean is the MAB1 and the Jackson Dinkys are both Japanese made. A white one with maple neck and fretboard Serial Number: 9805167
    The second one is black with rosewood fretboard serial number: 9828556
    They both have black hardware and the black one has EMGHZ's

      Serial numbers seem to correspond to Japanese-made Jackson Dinkys from the 2000s decade. Pretty commonly found in Canada for about CAD$300-400 and are an incredible bargain.

      The white one sounds like a DK2M perhaps. A bit rarer since I don't see them much.

      The black one with EMG-HZs could be:

      DKMG (archtop body, JT580LP tremolo bridge, piranha inlays, reverse headstock);

      DKMGT (same as above, except with with tunomatic bridge);

      DXMG (flattop body, JT580LP tremolo bridge, sharkfin inlays, reverse headstock);

      DXMGT (same as above, except with tunomatic bridge and 3x3 headstock)

        The black one definitely looks like the DKMG and I'm not sure about the white one. I have a 2007 DK2M. I'd kind of like to get a better amp out of this trade if I decide to do it but idk how good those are. He said he would make the trade in my favor. What would you guys do? I'm on the fence here lol

          Pics of both Dinkys would help, if you have any that your trading partner shares.

          Unfortunately I'm a "guitar guy" but not much of an "amp guy" so I can only tell you what I would do from a guitar-trading and guitar-valuation perspective.

              Sign up for a free image-hosting service like Photobucket, Imageshack, Imgur, and I'm sure there are plenty more... upload the photos to your account there, then copy and paste the link here.

                Way too much for that head. It's a music store that has the combo. I'd talk them down to $200 and have them ship it

                  The Marshall haze are decent but not what I would call 80's tone.
                  The Jet City JCA 20 has quite a bit of gain in a small package.
                  I have the Jet City vintage 20 head and it has less gain that the JCA 20 but it has the Soldano deep circuit which gives me that nice 80's bottom end.
                  I can get great 80's tone out of my Blackstar HT studio 20 head because it has an ISF control.
                  It has the ability to blend and 80's Mesa boogie tone with a Marshall JCM 800 tone.
                  For the money I would go with the Blackstar 20 or 60 watt if 80's tone is what you want.
                  Of course there are tube overdrive pedals like the Radial tonebone or Carl Martin plexi tone pedal that do great80's tone even plugged into a SS amp.
                  Really? well screw Mark Twain.

                    You'll have to upload your images to a file sharing site like Photobucket then just paste the link to the image in the text field here.

                    Of those amps you posted I only have experience with the Crate Flexwave 120h ( again, its a solid state) and in my opinion is a great head for what you're wanting... like I said my son stole it from me and loves the tone he gets from it for stuff like Holy Wars, Bark at the moon, Crazy Train, Over the Mountain , using a Dave Mustaine sig model Dean guitar with Live wire pickups and a Jackson Warrior with EMG's 81/89 with push pull.

                    The MAB1 are mid- to high models which MAB1 the Armored Flame or Speed of light ...if its either of those... get it!

                      either of those destroy those Jackson options

                            Thanks for the pics.

                            I still stand by my guess that the white guitar is a DK2M, though you (as a DK2M owner yourself) seem to refute my guess... What about that white guitar differs from your own DK2M?

                            The black guitar is a DXMG. Sharkfins and flattop body indicate DXMG.

                            You can see the LTD EC-1000 in the second photo as well, next to the Dean MAB1.

                                The MAB looks interesting.

                                You may not need the keys to the lambo after that.
                                I'm going to give you the keys to the Lamborghini
