Best heavy OD footpedal for tube amp w/el34's

Sup, Im getting a Marshall JCM 900 4500 50 watt head. Im doing this to get a decent clean, and a thick power tube crunch, and then let a distortion box put it into seething metal stauration. What something not to pricey that will let me suck mids out and has a nice smooth transparent but heavy gain. Maybe a Rocktron Rampage?

Not pricy and good overdrive?
BOSS SD-1 Super Overdrive.
Great metal pedal for Marshall.
You can find one for about $50.If a used one,much less.

I have seen ones for $35-40.

I have a BOSS SD-1 Super Overdrive and I agree great pedal and cheap.
