Marshall 2558 Silver Jubilee

Anybody played this amp? What do you think about it? Value? I know somebody that's selling one in mint condition, but really don't know much about it.

That's the 25th Anniversary series that Slash used and eventually became his signature amp. I'd jump on that one, as they are kinda hard to come by. It does the good hard rock sound, but you'd need to run an overdrive pedal in front of it to get more gain.

It's a 2x12" combo

Now I also know somebody that's selling a Mesa Boogie Mark IV-combo. What do you think about that amp?

This is really difficult. I want the Marshall because it's an anniversary model, but a Mesa would also be really cool since I have a JCM 900. But I can't afford both. Some more inputs would be nice

I ahd the head and I beleive the 2558 is the 2-12 or the 1-12 combo right? Either one is a great amp I would get it. I really miss mine
