It has a "noise gate" if that's what you wana call it ^.^ It doesn't get rid of very much noise. Single Coil hum is like, alllllllllways gonna be there no matter what >.<Comment

Yeah, they have noise gates. Or I guess you could just call it a gate. I was playing through a POD yesterday in my audio recording class. So much fun, those pods.Comment

The gate is good however, for limiting unwanted noise from your fingers on the strings. I find that it's pretty nice to have.

the pod is great! use the niose gate in the studio, it really helps. thats what we did all the guitars on and loved it. and its so much better to sit on the couch and track quietly then to have to crank up the big rig and mic it and all that.Comment
