ok, so here'sthe deal- ive been shopping around lately for a new head. i am looking for a Mark IIC+ type tone- thick drive, but warm and flowing tones (not bright and crunchy like my marshall). i was at the local GC today, and theyve got a used Mark III thats going for $700. they are sending it out to get re- tubed and to have new fuses put in it. my question is, is the sound comparable to the IIC+, and is it a good deal at $700 given the circumstances? thanks
