I am looking for a good yet inexpensive rack case to put my new rack gear in. Can you guys recommend anything? I am thinking about the 6-space Gator Case that Matt OSG sells.

I bought a shallow plastic SKB case for my tuner, wireless and power conditioner. Think it was $50.Scott

Unless you have your rack sitting at home not doing much, SKB wont help your gear withstand any rough treatment.
Do yourself a favor and go look for a used ATA flight case. They are expensive and heavy but inmortal... I got a 6-space one from Chris Richley here at the forum for $90 but I think I was just very lucky there... post an add in the classified section and see if you catch something.
I am talking something along these lines:

Avoid SKB if you can...
