I just got a new g major off ebay for $360. Overall I'm pretty impressed so far. I'd definatly say it was worth the money.
Of course i've got a couple questions for those of you that have this unit...
When i turn my master volume all the way down, im still getting alot of signal to the outputs. I've got the input set to consumer instead of pro, but the unit is still half the volume compared to when its on bypass and im just hearing my preamp. its makin me dizzy thinking about how those two problems can co-exist. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
And lastly, i think it would be neat (if it hasn't already been done) if we can get a thread goin with peoples presets/settings.

You'd want to sell the G-minor and buy a real controller pedal anyways.

I've seen them new for $499 without thye Gminor. Although MF has them for what $450 with it?

I'd buy one for $360 in a heartbeat.

Is it in the effects loops, and do you have an effect send level?
Do a restore to factory presets as well (it states how in the manual). Or try on their website, as their tech help is good:

They also have the new software verisons online. All you need is a special MIDI cable, available at Guitar Center. I updated mine, and now it has the 3 band EQ...

Hey I just bought one of these last week. What you need to do is adjust the global volume. The one thing about this unit is the manual is useless. I am a guitar player not a tech. The manual is like reading Japanese. Write me an email if you need any help. I am learning more and more every day on how to use this thing. I am happy with it though. Very nice unit for the money.
