I don't hear to many people talk about Digital Music Corp. products on here, but I had a problem with how to set up some stuff in my rack, and even though I've had my GCX for over a year, Skip at DMC spent about 20 minutes and then wrote me out a whole diagram on how to wire this thing up.
I basically just am ending up using one of the loops as an A\b switch to select between the output of a Digitech ISP33 and the rest of my setup.
Sounds simple but I would have spent hours fooling with it [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] I just wish that all customer service was like that.
