  • Footswitch

I bought a Lee Jackson XLA-500 pretty recently. It came without a footswitch, but the owner says 'any one button switch will do'. Well, will a footswitch like this work. How hard are they to come by? There is a guy at a local guitarshop that could probably biuld me one without much trouble.

Sure! Looks like it should work fine. I'd go with it.

Does anybody have that website that showed you how to build your own? It was very clear - step by step - and had nice photos / diagrams....

Hey ke,I just use the 2 button foot switch that marshall makes for their amps. One button for in and out of the effects loop and the second one for switching between the clean and dirty channel.

I ordered mine on line.I forgot the website.Do a search for marshall heads and most of the places also sell the footswitches. You want the 2 button one so you can go in and out of the loop and switch between the 2 channels.Paul
