I like 'em for what they do. Had one on semi-permanent loan a while back. Thought it was alright. You can get a good range of tones from it, it's a very versatile unit, although one complaint is that it doesn't sound so great if you're using it with a fair bit of DS. Definately works better on cleans. It does tend to colour the signal a bit too so I stuck it in a loop (as I've ended up doing with most other EH units I've used over the years). Also, the Holy Grail is very much like most other EH products, it has it's own 'character' and people either love it or hate it. -
