Dimarzio Pickups-ID??

I have a Dimarzio pickup, but I have no idea what the heck odels it is? Anyway, it is Double Cream with 1 row of allen heads adjustable, the other row not. Also, has a total of 12 pole peices and on the back of it it saisimarzio Pickups-Made In U.S.A. it also has 2 wires inside 1 wrapping(6-8 inches of lead), 1 is white, and I guess the other is a ground.Can anybody date this or tell me what I have? Sounds like a PAF. If it had more wires it could be a Dual Sound.

PAF's have screws on one coil and slugs on the other. I'm not sure which model has hex screws with only one side adjustable. Any pictures?
