    are they heavy? weight I mean. solid state heads by law should be light as a feather. i hate it when SS heads are heavy for no reason. it's like they want you think think it's more substantial by adding useless weight to it somehow.

      It's not heavy at all. Probably HALF the weight of my old Triple Rec.

        Cool. I'll have to check one out at Guit-hore Center. I'm mildly interested. I'm always waiting for Line 6 to impress me, I've tried the Spider and Flextone and hated them. The POD is cool for studio demo recording.

            Hey Troy,what can you tell me about the SLO model?This head is capable of a good thrash sound isn't it?

              Haven't really messed with the SLO model yet. Allot of the guys on Institute Of Noise love it though and I believe there's already quite a few custom patches available for that model.

              This head will do Thrash just fine, as well as just about any other genre of music you can think of.
