  • Voodoo amps question

I think that my Metaltronix M-1000 was modded by someone by Voodoo amps, not only does it have Voodoo stickers on the inside and outside, but someone also signed the curcuit board and there name begins with a "T" (i can't make out the rest). Anywho, do they keep records of the amps that they mod on file? I'm wondering what was done to my head. Also, whom ever did the mod obviously wasn't watching what they were doing (or didn't know how to solder) because there was a cold solder joint on one of im electrolitic preamp caps. Re: Voodoo amps question

Sounds like the name might be "Trace", the owner of Voodoo Amps, he's quite a nice guy.

Go here and ask, they're mighty cool. But, a little slow to answer sometimes.

John, just to back up what Cleve said, I have talked to Trace on many occasions and he modded my JCM800 for me. He is the real deal and very cool!
