What's the main difference?

I know about the upgrade software version, anything else!

The price? Is it really worth spending so much money fot hte on-line version!
CLeve which one do you own, you are so satisfied with?

I've heard that the older NON online versions sound better. I really can't confirm that, I own the Voodu Vave "online" and it sounds cool to me.

As far as I know, the only difference is that the "online" version has the ability to accept a "dump" of "Preset" settings that you can get from the net. And there's really not much for the metalheads anyways.

I wouldn't worry much about which one you get. Just don't buy a new one made in Korea. You want a USA model, and it will say MADE IN THE USA on the back.
